Tried for 3 months to get my loan manager to call me back, was told by the branch manager he would sort it out and call me back the next day. Never happened, tried for another week to get some kind of response. Ended up having to take my business elsewhere.
Staff at counters will smile to your face and promise you they will get back to you, never happens.

THE STAFF ARE TERRIFIC AND FRIENDLY. PARKING IS QUITE EASY.
