Worst haircut and shave I've probably ever had. They barely use lotion and only one hot towel. The owner seems to be a "myth" since every time I've tried to speak to someone higher up, he's never there.
Don't waste your time with this place...

Terrible experience!! It was my first time being there. I wanted a decent professional looking haircut. But, I got my hair butchered by the guy who was cutting my hair. I even doubt if he was a licensed beautician! Bottom line: DON'T GO THERE!

Great place to get a haircut.. they offer a Barber shop rate but have the perks and luxury of one of the highest hair salons... definitely go to this hole in the wall!

I've been going to the Boardroom for the last 3 years and have never had an issue. I've tried the massage (9/10), the body wraps (10/10) the shaves (6.5/10). I also get my haircut every 2 weeks by Fatima - and she is wonderful. Personable, professional and perfection with the scissors. And considering all the special touches (beverage service, shoeshine, scalp massage, private waiting room with big screen TV) - who wouldn't want to go there?
