EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! I have been to waxing salons in Toronto, but nothing compares to Brian (B.Natural Esthetics)! He is very knowledgeable and well informed. Brian let me know what he was doing and what to expect during my waxing. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Brian (B.Natural Esthetics)! By far the best waxing I have ever had!

Professional, educational, meticulous and warm.
He did a great job, asked many questions before starting to ensure he was using the right techniques and products. Constantly monitored my skins reactions and my pain levels.
5 Stars, definitely will recommend to others!

Brian does excellent work and I have always been impressed by his client service. He explains the procedures in order to keep you well informed. I highly recommend his services! Plus, his location in the Byward Market is very convenient.
