I got my ICBC insurance with these guys and they are nice, give all the options and dont charge extra fees when they dont have to, unlike a lot of other insurance brokers out there. Every time I go in I get prompt service, and a smile. I will for sure go back to renew.

Bought a Scooter with from a scooter dealer downt the street. No one came to the counter for at least 5-10mins. After that they rejected our transfer paper because we accidentally fill out our old address wich was on the front of my driver licence. We had to come back. And once again they wanted to reject our transfer paper beause we signed on the wrong "area" in front of them, we offered to initial it and resign but it seems like they dont even want to help out. Finally returning someone help us, but it took them 20mins to even register my scooter.

Total Time wasted 45mins. Had another friend do this at another agency. Took less then 15mins.

Prob THE worst ICBC autoplan place I've been to. Bad service and not even willing to help customers out even though it was clear as day that somethings that were filled out were accidentally wrong.
