We stayed there 3 nights and the air conditioning works great. The open air restaurant at the top is a good small room to meet in. The showers are hot most of the time and the young man at the front desk is top notch. It's a block from the president's palace. I'd stay there again!

Extremely quiet extremely courteous staff and very very clean most importantly very good hot water

Nothing fancy by American standards, but clean with friendly staff. The desk workers spoke English.
