Last year my wife and I traveled to Turkey with your company and was very nice trip. My wife called your office this morning to travel again to turkey , The girl who answered the phone was very nasty and unprofessional . My wife gave her my email address to send detailed information about the trip to Anitalia and gave her my email address , I did not receive any email yet after 12 hours from the phone call not even an apology from the girl that she can not send an email. This is very bad treatment for your customer.Last year I dealt in your office with Mr. Mahmood and he was very nice and professional.Thanks Habib Michail Cairo
