Hertz Car Rental

The vehicle served my needs and performed flawlessly. Only one problem, the heavy smell of cigarette smoke was all over the cabin. Had to buy some Lysol spray to kill the smell. It will be good if someone inspects the vehicle and remove the unpleasant smells before renting the vehicle. Thank you kindly

The process was was seamless. I was in the car within 5 minutes. Drop off was easy as well. The only drawback is the additional $200 to my credit card. As a Hertz Gold member, the deposit is steep compared to others rental companies. Otherwise all other aspects of the process were perfect.

It is a regular concern that when I get a car the cars windows are dirty or just washed and not dry or clean. I expect for better from Hertz.
It includes the whole body of car. The rest of the rental was perfect.

excellent staff at JFK, no fuss, polite and courteous. I will recommend to all my friends and family. the rates were the best

The representative that initially helped me set up my vehicle (phone call) failed to inform me about the $200 hold. When I got to the center for the vehicle I was by the hertz rep that a hold was necessary. I spoke to my bank and asked for an emergency transfer for funds to be released and everything was smooth sailing from there. Once I was awarded the vehicle for the next several days the rep told me to take photos of any damage and boy there was a lot of damage on that vehicle (both inside and out). Definitely had a great experience using the vehicle and would definitely experience the rental process again in the mere future.
