Hello!

We booked a transfer from Budapest to Pecs on April 4 and back on April 6. We mentioned to get an English-speaking driver. And on our way to Pecs we did not have any problems. Arrived in Pecs we paid for our return transfer.

When the company changed the driver on our back way, we did not pay attention to the fact. Then they changed the departure time. It was also OK for us.

On April 6 we were ready at the time the company fixed - 7 a.m. But the car arrived just at 8 a.m. Moreover, there was an extra passenger. But we paid for an individual taxiing.

Then we went to the airport because of the extra passenger. And all this despite the fact that we were in a hurry as we would take a conference in Budapest. Then we went to the mall. Could you believe it?

Ah, and we even could not explain anything to the driver as he didn't speak English!

Then the driver could not find our hotel, we were rounding along the streets. Finally he just stopped and took our luggage out of the taxi. When we tried to protest and asked to call the administration he did nothing! As he stopped along a one-way road there was a big scandal.

I immediately publish this information on all possible websites to inform people never to take your service. I have never ever met with such an awful service in my life. Wish to enjoy the very same experience
