Odeon Cinema Coolock

Took my kids to the cinema this evening and the place was freezing..couldnt enjoy the movie because of the cold. Stood at counter to get my tickets and wasnt acknowledged by one staff member even though there were 4 or 5 of them there. One eventually came over but they all seemed completely disinterested. Only go here because its close to home otherwise i wouldnt be rushing back.

We went tonight to see Ritual. It wasn't particularly busy but the staff went about like zombies, taking far too long to serve that we would have missed the start of the film. Lackadisical staff, no smiles and barely making eye contact with the customers who were in front of us. All the queues were moving equally slowly After nearly 25 minutes in a queue, we about turned and left., as did a few others Very disappointing. Been here during here the day and it was a bit better but tonight's staff (22/10/17) were pathetic. (Doesn't deserve a star but you can't post without selecting one) Sort it out Odeon

Very friendly staff, usually busy but moves along well. Generally clean. Screens are big with good sound

This place needs some work. I've been to this cinema a few years ago and it was fine. I went twice this year and it was not nice. The cinema had a very bed smell. The chairs were broken, I moved to the next chair which was broken too. The floor was sticky and not clean. Same in the toilets. Now to the screen, the movie was dark, and I mean dark all the time, the sound was awful as well. I don't know if I will go here again. I've been to other Odeon cinemas and they are fantastic. Not this one. It needs an upgrade and new management.

The staff were lovely, the place was clean and the food was good. The only thing I felt let it down a little was the quality of the picture. It was good but not as good as IMC. Overall a good experience.
