I am for sure never coming back to this place. My friend and I rented a room for a wedding, the staff was super disrespectful and the guard ended up charging my friend half of what the night costed to let her come in and even after that he wouldn't stop walking back and forward in front of our room which was really scary and somewhat creepy. Sadly one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had while traveling. We ended up spending the night at a different hotel with way better accommodations than this and fairly cheaper. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's sad to say but it's definitely not somewhere you'd want to take your kids and family. Take your money some place else and be safe instead.

It was much better than some of our stays, while touring central Mexico. Needs a maker over. The grounds were excellent.
