Restrooms are kept clean but customer service could improve. Free parking is hard to find in the front but there may be long term parking in the back.

Major bus line serving many areas in Mexico with several carriers and levels of service (Ave, Senda, Transportes Del Norte, Tamaulipas). I was on the executive service of Ave from Mexico City to Nuevo Laredo. Generally very good service with comfortable seats and individual flat panels with a good program selection. Compared to ETN, another deluxe line the seats were not quite as comfortable and the bathrooms were a bit smaller. The service was a bit better and the box lunch was also better. A stop over in Monterrey was long enough to buy coffee or a snack in the morning. Overall, a long (14+ hours) but comfortable trip.
