Waited more than 45 min... They can't tell you how long you have to wait, and the operator is very rude, not even apologize for the wait.
This is the opposit of a prestige service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! The only taxi service in Monaco and the worst one at the same time. Here is why-
1. Called the first time to ask for a car in 20 mins, and was told that i have to call later when i am ready. I asked how come, are you that fast, but as they have 85 cars and Monaco is so small that i thought that it is okay and there should be lots of cars on hold... And so i called in 10 minutes and asked for the car. Conversation was not pleasant least to say, the order was taken:
Operator: Where are you?
Me: Restaurant La Maree please
Operator: Whats ur name?
Me: Nick
Operator: Okay. And hung up the phone..

Great- were my thoughts. And obviously after 20 minutes of waiting the car was not there..
I called the office, and asked to let me know, how long should i wait, and was told that the waiting time is unknown and i should keep waiting. I asked for the operator to call the driver and find out the proximate waiting time. Got shouted on once again and the line was cut... I called them back and could not get any information.. I do not have the whole day to wait for the car, and the company is called Prestige! :)

I wish all the best to this company, keep up your great attitude towards the business and clients and your business will flourish.
I hope my time writing this review will prevent someone from wasting their time and probably paying expensive fare as per the name of the company. And they are monopolists in their area.
Therefore are many alternative options in Nice for example with way better service, response time and good understanding of peoples needs.

during summer better walk or take a bus , in busy hours can wait till 2--3 hours ...

Faster to take a plane than wait for those taxis. I ordered one 35minutes ago and I'm still waiting

Had 45 minutes to wait for a taxi, at the Port Hercule. 1. call to order, ..... 2. call after 15 min, to ask when the taxi will finally arrive.... 3. call -best of all!!!! - they did not even take my call anymore! 😳😡.... just put me into the holding pattern.
Prestige ist definitely only part of the name!.... you'd better walk!!!!
