So far so good. Been here since 2 days and the quality of food, service and room are all adequate therefore recomendable.

Its a comfortable place to stay. Not as neat as a 4 star should be. Location is good so you write in middle of market of blue area. Prefer not to have food from here, it's pathetic. Staff is quite desi.

Horrible experience, Do not book this hotel! Booked 6 rooms 6 months in advance and they provided horrible service, in 2 of the rooms the AC was not working, we have had to changed rooms!, Then we booked the Presidential Suite, and they shower was not working, in the middle of the night I had to call someone to fix it, then again the AC was not working, the fridge was not working, I had to change rooms again, and in the new one the water was not working, and then once it started working, the water started clogging... They literally ruined my trip and harassed me for money. I spend over $2000 here with my family and they provided a horrible experience. While we were not in our rooms, the workers came in to our without telling us and took the iron!... invasion of privacy!!.. Stay away!! Stay Away!!!

If you are in islamabad and looking for an economical and central place to stay than Envoy is the name..rooms have been refurbished with a nice taste, however bathroom shower needs an upgrade. The service is good generally. A little bit of improvement is required on the menu of breakfast. Over all great value for money.
