Extremely bad atmosphere and unprofessionel handling. Unhygenic staff, the girl who came to give me facial had dirty nails i asked her and she washed her hands then during one hour french facial she was there only for 15 minutes. The girl who started doing my brows had extremely bad breath even didn't experience that in xyz street parlours. Could hardly bear her bad breath. Then waiting for two hours the girl started clipping me and in between she broke into fight with a collague and left me in the middle of my haircut. Extremely bad experience overall.

I got xtenso from Allenora Islamabad just a day before Chooti eid and even after 4 months my hair are shiny and silky, all thanks to the allenore team..
On chand raat day the parlour was so busy but they didn't let quality of work go down. Lehmia thumbs up for excellent management and big thanks to the staff member Muqadas (I am not sure if it's the right name, but pretty sure it starts with M) .. keep up the good work guys smile emoticon
