Grim.. rooms do small you couldn't open a suitcase and the door.. we asked for a double and got a twin, with possibly the worst bed I've ever slept in. We should've moved hotel after the first night...

The room was very uncomfortable. Nothing to see with a studio apartments with a little kitchen. The only similarity between an apartment and this room was no house keeping and no service. If you want a breakfast, you have to pay for a voucher to eat at the closest hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel

Had a great stay here, perfect location in walking distance from the main square, friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Room was very clean, so was the bathroom! Small kitchen in the room was definitely a plus. Girl at the reception was very friendly. Location of Maly Krakow is perfect! It's 2 minutes from a huge shopping mall and central station and 5 minute walk to the old city.
