This hotel was a very nice surprise. Excellent location, very nice building decorated in a sort of industrial style, brick walls a lot of wood and metal. Very comfortable, the room was large, with a small kitchen. Staff was always smiling and helpful, very clean place. Breakfast was very good.

Easy to find, nice rooms, slow elevator. There was a spider in the bathroom, I named him Bob.

Great place to stay. Right in the Old town. Close to everything. Worth the upgrade to the suite for the hot tub/whirlpool.

Fabulous place to stay. Right in the centre of things, spotlessly clean very good breakfast very reasonable would go back

Fantastic place to stay in Krakow. Rooms are excellent. Just two minutes walk from the old town square. We arrived early and dropped our bags off so we could make the most of the day. We arrange for the hotel to book trips to Auschwitz the following day and even though there was twenty in our group it was no problem. Look forward to my next visit and will definitely stay there again.
