An excellent hotel in a great location for exploring Krakow on foot. It is very close to the train and bus stations, there are trams available near enough at the end of the road and the main town square is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are extremely polite and friendly; we have asked many questions and they have been brilliant. There is a small bar in the lobby for anyone who wants a drink. Breakfast is in its own room and is a fantastic spread; I'm lactose intolerant and I found plenty to get on with. Everything is very fresh and the tables are laid with new information cards every day. Our room is large enough for two with two comfortable single beds. Even though the train line runs at the back of the hotel I have hardly noticed and in the evening they are so infrequent that you wouldn't notice at all. There is a TV, hairdryer, safe and we asked for a kettle and mugs (they were more than happy to oblige). The bathroom is more than adequate and the whole place is spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for more, and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to the city.
