Some of the employees were lovely and very courteous. First car had transmission issues and second car had tire issues. Would rent from them again though.

HORRIBLE!!!! Avis needs to restaff this office. Chandra at this location has no personality. She acted like she was doing us a favor by allowing us to rent a car. We had paid for insurance through Travelocity and she tried to make us buy more insurance stating that she had no proof. We showed her proof of payment and she said that still didn't tell her what the coverage amounts were. We had a car scheduled for 8:30 and were still waiting in the lobby at 9:20 for a car. There was NOONE else there. They reported that the car came back late the night before and they were still getting it ready. We were there for a few hours when our cruise ship docked there and this really ate into our time. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AVIS LOCATION!!!
