The single room was smelly, the air conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom had a mild smell of sewage, and worst of all, there were mice in the room! When I brought this to the notice of the person at the reception, he laughed and asked if I was afraid of the mice!!
Only the guy at the reception who was on the night shift was very friendly and helpful.
