Travel agency employees (included driver) were dishonest. We were very disappointed with people in the town because all of them wanted to cheat us.

Public bus driver took us to this agency instead of taking us straight to the bus station. He should have stopped there and he didn't only because he wanted to leave us at the agency with no other choice than to buy overpriced and unsafe transport to Krabi.

Driver dropped us off at an agency instead of the bus stop at Hat Yai, leaving us unable to bargain with the agency and were thus overcharged to continue​ our journey. Company also tried to get us to buy another seat for our luggage but wasn't needed.

Good experience. They sell join tickets to the islands and transfer to the airport. Prices are compressed to the maximum. Of course they take a margin. You will save some little money if you check the timetables by yourself and buy tickets separately. But can be helpful if you want to be sure to arrive on time. They refund if problem during the journey.
