We stayed two nights here and the hotel was fancy like all Sheridan hotels but the staff were not approachable and all seemed miserable. They had the worst customer service, no people skills, not helpful in any way, they did not even smile on our stay. We asked about places to visit in Samsun and they couldn't even recommend anything.

We ordered a Caesar salad room service on our first night and food was disgraceful, had tomato stems and old lettuce. We left a note and told staff and nothing was done about it. On top of this they added it to the bill and tried to charge us for it on checking out.

We had to wait for our car to arrive for over 10
Minutes and at the end decided to take our keys and kept them as it would have taken quicker.

As a family with a toddler this is definitely not a family friendly place to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

People were too busy trying to act posh that they have forgotten to act like decent human beings.
