Good staff...reshuffled rooms to accommodate my disabled sister at the last minute...very impressed.

Far nicer than a ibis budget.very clean.friendly staff.rooms spacious.although still basic besides addition of a kettle.plain white walls and basic furniture plain wood all round table headboard etc.not many plug sockets in fact I can only find the one.but easily fixed by bringing a extension lead.its a quick walk from train station between 5 and 10 minutes.ajyhough the roads aren't ideal for crossing, for the most part there is a underpass.

Issues with the booking prevented me getting into the room. The issues were not our fault. Staff member was dismissive and not helpful. I know it's not the Ritz but being helpful isn't determined my star rating. Simple common decency. No food available at lunchtime apparently due to kitchen being cleared from breakfast. Seriously poor.

Overall not to bad. But the breakfast, this was very poor. No freshly cooked food. No proper cups for tea or coffee. Could be better. Needs improvement. Not worth paying might as well spend less and go to a local cafe

This hotel is built around an old Cycle factory. It is very reasonably priced and close to the City centre of Coventry, so has easy access. The staff are pleasant enough, but being a budget hotel, it cannot be considered to be special.
