Unfortunately they keep the patients dose a secret at this clinic and "do not discuss dosage".I was successfully on methadone maintenance for over a year at another clinic but switched to this one after a relapse.From the start they told me that MY DOSE was to high where i came from. They continued to keep me on a small dose and made me feel like I shouldnt question why.Some people need higher doses than others.If you are one I would not recomend this clinic. Not discussing dosage with the patient is one of the craziest things I have ever heard of..What is the point of taking methadone if you arent taking the dose needed to block cravings..It is a waste of money.

Been a patient there on and off since 2008. They're caring and knowledgeable and not judgemental at all. If you need help, they can give it and you don't feel like you're something like cattle, just in and out. These people care about you, genuinely.

These people have helped to save my life. Literally. The doc and his staff are super caring and compassionate and provide not only maintenance and detox services but also helpful groups and counseling to assist with patients' recovery. Diane and Lana are amazing but so is the whole crew. If you're a heroin addict or other opiate addict in dire need of help, come here instead of Mars; you'll get much better care.

Dr Aeschbach is amazing! All the staff here are great, and if you are an opiate addict looking to get on methadone, I would highly suggest here as opposed to MARS. Sure, it can be frustrating to come all the way South if you live in North Austin, but it's so worth it. Dr Aeschbach actually cares about his patients, there are tons of wonderful groups, and everyone is really nice. A++!
