Everything was handled professionally. I rented the car via internet and do have a suggestion. Instead of "What is needed at check in time" in small print, it would be more beneficial in the beginning of your web page for information. Example: please bring a piece of mail, preferably a utility bill, to show name and address and also to make sure it is not cash payment and the $150.00 deposit will be taken at time of payment and returned within 48 hours after rental is returned.
I have used Enterprise several times and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Customer service is great. Although, the new rule of not allowing parking on-site is a major inconvenience to me and my travel plans. I live 5 miles away and the mandatory pick up adds 1 hour to my work travel when I leave. Please consider the customers that are inconvenienced by this new rule. (I travel weekly for work in rental cars and my company has a national account requiring me to rent from Enterprise).

I always rent from this location. I recently rented a car from them, and when I realized I needed a bigger vehicle, Kayla was extremely helpful in upgrading my vehicle for me. I will be returning to this exact location for all future rentals.

Pricing doesn't reflect what is on the website. I reserved a car on the website. When I arrived I was told the price was actually almost double with fees. The salesperson also didn't seem to understand that I had rented the cheapest option because my company would only reimburse so much of the cost and was constantly trying to upsell. Apparently I'm supposed to think a Nissan Altima is a nice car that I'd be lucky to drive. I was made to feel like the customer is wrong and the salesman and his associates know better. I'd rent from somewhere more expensive in the future if I didn't have to deal with the car salesman attitude.

Reserved an economy car to go out of town. When I arrived it turned out to be a Mitsubishi Mirage with no cruise control. If that was the option for economy, I'm scared to know what choices they had for their compact class--maybe a golf cart or Fred Flintstone's car....

Anyway, I decided to upgrade to intermediate and got a very nice Ford Fusion hybrid. Customer service was very high quality people (professional, down-to-earth, friendly) and great service. Upgrade price wasn't horrible either. So overall I'll give them 5 stars... Do I get free Enterprise points for this review??
