The people are very nice! My only complaint is that we went up and down a bunch of streets with not many lights. We requested certain streets, but the carriage driver apologized because she didn't know any of the street names. It appeared there were carriages on the big streets with a lot of lights, but I believe they were through another company. Check the route beforehand and make sure you know what you are paying for. There are plenty of lights in the park cities but the route we took didn't have very many at all- some streets had none. I understand they cannot control who puts lights out, but they should go down the streets that do have the lights because there are way more of those streets. If you are going to see lights I would not suggest it. If you are going for something fun to do it might be good for you. Overall, they were very nice and cooperative with us taking pictures and giving us plenty of items to keep warm.

I took my father, step-mother and best friend on a carriage ride with Threejays, it was truly marvelous. Everyone had a great time and lifetime memories were made that night. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's something everyone should experience.

We reserve a wagonette each year to see the Christmas lights and invite friends. Always a great experience. Kids and adults love it. The Threejays people have always been great to deal with. We'll be back next year!

Threejays Carriages was a wonderful company to have a carriage ride with. What a way to get into the holiday spirit! The staff was professional and my driver, Jamie, was warm and kind. She treated us like family from the baby to the grandparents. I will never forget listening to the horses' hooves and seeing the lighted homes of Highland Park Village. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting something extra special for the holidays. Next time, we might plan to catch a dinner in the village to complete the experience. Thank you John and Jamie for a fantastic evening!
