Kozi Corporate Housing company was recommended by a friend recently. I used them to help me rent a condo and was very impressed by their service. I worked with Holly and she was very professional, friendly and super easy to work with.

Staff and parking attendants are super friendly. A few maintenance issues came up but they have an on-line request system and a full time maintenance staff that quickly got things corrected. The apartments are clean and well maintained. thank you!

I believe this place is worth every cent. New kitchens, clean bathrooms, nice grounds, and many amenities. The staff are extremely courteous, making the building feel like a small community.

The apartment was pretty dirty and the washer didn't work when we arrived, but they sent cleaning and maintenance people out right away (which was impressive since we moved in on Memorial Day) and they really did a nice job and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.
The apartment complex was a bit older but everything was in good condition, the complex had good amenitites, and the location was excellent.
The furnishings were nice and the bed comfortable too.
The agent (Blake) did a nice job too. He was readily available to answer all of my questions and despite some challenges getting the payment taken care of, he was patient and friendly.
I wouldn't have any reservations recommending or using them myself again.
