I have NEVER been so insulted by the blonde bartender, on the first floor, in my life! I did absolutely NOTHING to get her to hate me, but she did anyway. I even went out of my way to tell her she was doing a great job and that I was in no hurry, so take her time. She responded by telling the other bartenders to ignore me, because I was some kind of a**hole. My niece and nephew were with me and did not witness my supossed bad behavior. I have NEVER treated someone in the service industry like this, even if they deserved it. I, and everyone I know will NEVER spend money in this establishment again, or any others in this building, unless she is fired immediately and reparations made! I can think of no other time that I was treated this way, and I am 53 years old! I was not ready to end the night yet, but she made the decision for me! If the managers have a video go review, I would suggest you do so. I was there around 0130 or so, grey beard, Santa look-alike.

"A Prejudice Bar" - ANDREW J WHITE, educate your security in customer service and etiquette.

I will never go this bar again and I will discourage everyone I know to skip this stop downtown. This establishment is highly prejudice. I am a banker by day and motorcycle enthusiast by night. I was harassed and refused entrance with a large group due to my Harley Davidson leather attire. I am not a part of any club, gang, riders group, or team nor did my attire indicate such. In fact, I was the only 2 wheels guy in my group that night. I was both embarrassed and disgusted as I have been to this bar a lot with friends before. The doorman harassed me to hand over my vest which was not only rude and intimidating, but also highly insulting. I have several attorney friends I do business with that would enjoy a case like this. Why should I NOT contact them with my story? I have several witnesses and court evidence would be easy to obtain with another "audio recorded attempt" to go into this bar with any motorcycle attire.

Best country bar and top 40 and throw back music and always busy when country music shows come to des moines Iowa or surrounding areas. Best dj, dj pink stuff.

Best bartenders and staff.

I always tell myself this is the kind of place people like me don't go to and yet I always end up here and I always have a fantastic time
