I love the Western on an everything bagel. Staff always takes extra precautions when preparing my son's bagel due to his dairy allergy.

Best kept secret. While you go to Panera and Star$$$$$, BB is a Diamond in the rough. For the Vegetarian and Pescotarian the menu favors you. I like the fact of seeing the bagels cooked on your way to the order area. As long as BB is in buisness, ill be a customer.

Up until about two months ago, this place was awesome. I stopped there several times a week on my way to work. I don't know what's happened - probably a change in management - but it's horrible now. Some of the older (and much better) employees are gone. Now it's full of young newbies, and totally disorganized. One morning they were just closed for no apparent reason, and another time they only had beverages available but no bagels. Now, they only have a few types of bagels ready when I come in, and most are hot out of the oven. Because of that, they end up being flat and mis-shaped, and the cream cheese melts out all over everything. They used to have a "survey" receipt, which I routinely filled out (and was always very good). Now, either they don't have them, or they throw them away without giving them to you. They obviously don't want to know how bad they've become. It's really disappointing - I'll have to find someplace else.

Employees were not the most helpful, looked kinda disorganized. Food and coffee were great, as was the atmosphere. Comfortable place to study.
