If I could give a lower star I would, although I have never stayed here and never will I could not believe what the manager told me on the phone. I was headed to Hobbs for 1 night and called to make a reservation. He asked if there where children and I said yes my 7yr old Grandaughter then I was told the park doesn't allows children. "They cause to much damage". Gues they have never heard of discrimination.

It was a nice quiet park. It was easy to find being on one of the main roads through Hobbs, but we were on the back row of the RV park and weren't bothered by any traffic noise.

All of the spaces looked very well maintained and clean. Our spot was immaculate and we hardly needed to use levelers when parking our rig.

The one problem we ran into was that we visited after a large storm had passed through the city and their wifi was no longer working. We stayed for over a week and never got any wifi—which is an expensive mistake as we are now taking the toll on our cellphone data bill.

All in all it was a nice place to stay, the manager is very friendly and willing to answer the phone at all hours and willing to help fix any problems we ran into.
