If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible service in Hobbs NM, especially from Ashley she was very rude.
Wanted me to take a shuttle van even though we had a week in advance for an intermediate SUV or a full size car. There is no way I could drive a shuttle van around, absolutely ridiculous. Also, there was a nonworker behind the desk giving there two cents as well.

The service was great! Prompt, courteous and respect is what I received from the Manager in the Hobbs NM office . All questions were answered and a car was available instantly. Clean cars, low mileage. Need more people like Benjamin Morales III
