Don't be fooled by the empty restaurant in the pictures, the wait to be seated is 25 minutes at lunch time.They blamed it on the lack of servers but we tried twice in one week and both times there was a 25 minute wait at lunch with an empty restaurant. It's not for lack of servers it's due to poor scheduling for the lunch shift. 

 The second time we talked to the hostess and manager trying to find a better day when the wait might be shorter. The manager clearly didn't give a flying flip. He didn't say word; just grunted, turned around and walked back into the kitchen. This was on October 5th at noon.  As we left their were other work crews leaving & grumbling about the long wait, trying to figure out where to go eat.

You know what doesn't have a 25 minute wait? Dickies BBQ, and they have some delicious chicken.

Tony from Dallas is the best waiter I have ever had at a restaurant. He never let the cups go empty and was always on top of everything at our table. I would recommend his service to anyone that is visiting buffalo wine.

Been here numerous times. I'd say it's a balance between good and bad. The good times were when the service was great, waiters were nice, ordered drinks, brought them right away, ordered food and was brought out in a timely manner. Food tastes good! The bad times was when the waiters would take forever to order our drinks and bring them out. The food would take forever and the appetizers came out the same time as the main meal. three times i had some chicken not cooked all the way. But lately they've been great! It's loud but that's because people talk and there's music. I've never been on the bar side though. Depending on when you go will determine your wait time.

Food and beer was served in a timely manner. Although the music was way too loud. The greeter couldn't even hear me when I came in. Other than that it was fine.
