Steven Wong - Cab #683, came to our rescue and gave us an awesome taxi service from the airport to our accomodation. He rescued us after we had been left waiting 2 hours at the airport by two local shuttle companies.

Called for a reservation. Customer service was horrible. Charged two different fairs for the same trip but Charlies taxi issued a refund so I improved my review.

Used twice recently while visiting Honolulu. Came on time on both occasions with knowledgeable drivers who got us to our destinations in good time at a reasonable price. The fixed price to the airport was as advertised.

The driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up for the airport. Extremely rude, didn't apologize or acknowledge being late. He also didn't say thank you when I tipped him "only" 20% for being ridiculously late and rude. The dispatcher didn't seem to think it was an issue that the driver was so late when I called to check his status. Literally the worst taxi service.

Ahmed was a pleasant and helpful driver. We called before boarding our flight to reserve. Our hotel told us about the flat rate. Dispatch was helpful, too, picked up right away and gave good directions where to find the cab. The minivan was clean and new. Would use again.
