Good place for an overnight stop in Lubbock. Mostly long-term residents, but there are a few spots for campers.

Love the hospitality. Everyone is friendly. Attentive. Great rent! Has a nice pool. Recently added new lots! Recently fixed their roads. Look like me. A must see! Next to Costco and shopping centers too!

The place was awesome and so are the staff, clean showers, pool is well maintained, place is a real gem in the middle of west Texas and close to everything. Stayed there six months while working and it was great. They really spoiled me because I forgot that not all park's are ran this well. I couldn't recommend this place enough to people. Hope to pass through there again someday!
