I attended a three day training in the Canyon Room at the Overton. It was a very nice room! The breakfast served each day was amazing. We did seem to run out of beverages in the room and they weren't refilled without going to find someone, but I'm not sure if that was their doing or if it was a lack of my company paying for the service. Either way, it was a very nice venue.

Super nice hotel! We stayed here 10/20-23/17 and was very happy. They have valet parking or a lot where you can park yourself. Valet is $6/night. The staff is amazing! From opening car doors, assisting with baggage to anything you need, they are on top of it. The hotel is really clean, rooms are nice and the views are nice. There are many restaurants close by to chose from. The Pecan Grill downstairs is a must try!

This place is pretty fancy! I don't know what the prices are bc I'm here for a conference & not staying. Nice setup & not cheap looking. The employees seem a little snooty but I'm sure it's just a cultural difference. Other than that they are pretty polite. Great coffee!

I had the breakfast at the Pecan Grill in Lubbock. The food was hot and fresh. You get to order omette with your choice of ingredients. The gentleman (Jonathan) that prepared it was so nice and very customer service oriented. I has such a great and pleasant experience. I will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

Second year in a row to stay here with my son's baseball team and, once again, they exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed and the service/staff are equivalent to a 5 star property. They really go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. Close to a half-dozen or so good restaurants/coffee shops and campus retail locations. When in Lubbock this is without a doubt the place to stay.
