CrossFit Lubbock

I finally made my way into this box upon recommendation from my local CF box in San Antonio. Derrick was leading the noon class and was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up. CF Lubbock has everything you need and Derrick did a great job explaining the day's movements and their scaled versions. I will be returning from here on out when I am back in town.

The coach was nice and knowledgeable. The workout was good and the front of the gym is very appealing. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the gym. It was very dark and dirty. I know crossfit isn’t about being clean, but it didn’t feel sanitary to me.

We dropped in, for a class we were visiting for school. The coach Tim was great, I think I learned more in that hour than I have in the past couple months. Great environment and athletes! Will definitely come back when in town

Went to Crossfit Lubbock this week with a friend who goes there often. We went on our own, not during scheduled class, and my friend took me through a typical workout, I'm assuming, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and encouraged me with a few pointers in my lifts! I felt immediately at ease and could tell it's a family/community atmosphere that want people to accomplish their goals! I'm unfortunately moving away but if I wasn't, I'd be joint Crossfit Lubbock.

Love the size of the gym and their open door policy for doing your own programming. Helpful and friendly staff are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have. Don't be afraid to drop in!
