I went with a large group on a Saturday night. It was completely dead, which was ok with us. The service was average, but I was charged twice and cannot get ahold of anyone to correct the error.

We've been in twice. Once was a wednesday and again on like a friday. The Wed. outing was ok, the food isn't all that great and whatever we ordered (I think it was fish) was not in stock. The crowd doesn't really gather at firehouse, I don't know why. Maybe the ambience or the seemingly rude and uncaring waitstaff. The next time we were in was a weekend and it was slightly better but still kinda lacking something. They still didn't have what we ordered and the waitstaff and bartenders seem to want to talk to each other more than the customer. Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't go back again.‎
