Avis Car Rental

Avis is the Worst rental car company I have ever dealt with!! I travel a lot for business and have never had to deal with so many billing issues. They charge you for fuel even when you bring it back full and state that you will also. After each rental I have had to call Avis and have the charges reversed, not only does this call take over a half hour to complete I also have to give them the Name, Address, Gallons purchased, amount paid for Gas. How about have your staff members at each location Do their job and check each car upon return. It would also be nice for once to have a clean car!!

Quick and fast service. Car was really nice and clean. Prices are great !
