Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time by coming here, especially for a rental. If, for some reason, you do have to come here, avoid the Russian lady like the plague. She is the rudest human being I have ever come in contact with, and that's saying a lot when you live in Midland/Odessa. I took my son here for a tux rental for prom, and this was, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever received. For future reference, Men's Wearhouse carries the same rentals that Jos a Banks does, and they even went out of their way to compensate us for our terrible experience at Jos a Banks.

Great work environment. Management cares and workers take time out to assist their customers. Plus the sales are always fantastic!

Went in to get some garments altered and everyone was very attentive. Red carpet treatment..felt like I was a regular. Corey and Hector were especially helpful.
