Best yoga studio in Missoula! If you want an authentic class where you work hard and sweat from the inside out, like we’re supposed to (verses being blasted with outside heaters), try out Brian Baty’s classes.

Brian is an excellent and very pleasant teacher, his yoga space is airy, light and pleasant. If you like a well-balanced vinyasa class, with good work as well as lovely relaxation in savasana, then this is for you. Highly recommended.
