I got to meet with Dr Kildow and a few of her staff today and found every one very open-minded and friendly. Their love for children and their recovery is their first priority. Thank you CemterPoine, Inc. Your clients are very lucky.

I haven't even had the pleasure or displeasure of going to this facility but I gave it a three star simply because I called to make an appointment to be seen; it's hard for me to open up and I have a lot going on in my life that I need someone professional to listen and guide me.

I spoke with the manager that day who was very kind and helpful but was told I would get a call back later that day to schedule a time to come in, and a week later, I had to be the one to call them.

Needless to say, I won't be going there simply for that reason. When someone calls to be seen, it should be taken seriously and not put on the back burner because they're "short staffed". Make us feel important and welcome...
