We switched from handling our own insurance with an online company to Troy at American Family because I wanted better customer service. So far, Troy and KayLynne have been wonderful to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone. :)

Every time I enter this office it feels like home. The interaction I have had with the office has been great. I often call to pay my bill and am blown away that the phone is answered after the first ring! Every month this happens! I think one time it rang 3 times and I was surprised...but that just shows how on top of things thy are. They have always been very friendly to me and let me ask all my questions. They treat me like their friends and that is rare in business settings these days. This is a great Agency to do business with! I highly recommend them! Troy Sharp is awesome!!!!
