I've been part of Crossfit 43 North since they've opened and love both Clayton & Bridgett . They are amazing coaches who really care about your safety and growth. With small class sizes they're able to watch everyone closely making sure you're moving properly, safely and effectively. They take time to give you feed back and help you work on movements or daily struggles to improve your fitness. Crossfit 43 North to me is more then just working out, it's a family who helps encourage you, shares the same struggles and celebrates your achievements with you.

I love this CrossFit Gym. Clayton and Bridgett are amazing coaches. I am getting stronger and faster. The class sizes are small so the coaches can really pay attention to your form and give feedback. Don't be scared to try something new, every workout can be scaled to your personal level.

I have been going to classes at CrossFit 43 North for a little over a year. Clayton and Bridgett wonderful trainers. The small classes create a great environment. I've seen great results from their programming and I look forward to continuing my training. This is a great place to experience Cross Fit and would enourage anyone interested to give them a call.

I just finished up the elements course at CrossFit 43 and had an outstanding time in the process. I have never really been much of a gym person due to the fact that I really never know what I should be doing and the social interactions always seem a little closed off. This was much different. You have someone there to tell you exactly what to do each day, also making sure it's done safely. Classmates seem very friendly, while motivating each other throughout the sessions. Clayton has a lot of experience and knows how to modify each move to fit all ranges of fitness levels. If you are looking for a fun affordable way to get fit in the Treasure Valley I would highly recommend CrossFit 43! I will definitely be back soon.

Crossfit 43 North is ruining my life! Thanks to Clayton, none of my pants or shirts fit right and I am running out of holes on my belts. I don't have a leather shop in my garage nor am I a trained tailor so these are real problems. Also, I woke up one morning and my wedding ring was gone. Just gone. I wrongfully accused my two-year old and my wife was agitated. She found it in the hamper where it had just slipped off my finger because I have lost 15 pounds. Getting fit has produced a whole host of problems. So "thanks a lot." Oh yeah, and my blood pressure medicine had a pretty pleasant aftertaste. Now, since I don't have to take that anymore I can't enjoy it.
