I have been going to the Nampa Curves for many years. I have always been greeted warmly, and have established a friendly/helpful relationship with each of the coaches. I like that it is only for women and I get a good workout if I put my full effort into it.

Love this Curves ! Great up-to-date facility, friendly, supportive staff. So nice to be able to work out "with just the gals" . I look forward to it every weekday. You get what you put into it - I use Curves Smart, which pushes me to perform :) Thank you Nampa Curves !

I've been working out here for several years now. The ladies who work at the gym are awesome, and I love the fact that it's just for women. I highly recommend it!

I used to belong to Curves in Caldwell, their staff was wonderful. I don't know what happened to the Nampa staff. I went back in for a trial week. I was greeted rudely by the host asking, what are you doing here? I chalked it up to the person having a bad day.
The next time I went in, I was "coached" by being made fun of. And I was seriously thinking about reinrolling.
Sorry, not the best customer service or atmosphere.
