I primarily use this gym for the Elite Group Training. I have been working out 3 times a week for years here. Kyle is a great trainer with balanced workouts. He is very motivating and fun as a trainer. I love how he works with people of all abilities, sizes and shapes to tailor each workout individually. Try this class. You will begin a long lasting "love/hate" relationship with your workouts.

You have to try the float tank! Amazing to say the least. Great people too. Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.
