The staff worked hard and you could tell cared but the place was a bit dingy with some shady looking regulars. There was a pervasive smell however that didn't affect my appreciation of the quality food and great service. Mixed experience, order to go.

This Denneys had like 3 servers a manager who didn't know what he was doing and cold food. It's veteran's day and though it was advertised as free grand slam only offered this in the 10th and only 15% off the ticket. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated then were shoved in a back area where the waitress took our drink order and disappeared for 20 minutes. Then another waitress came and retook our order. Finally drinks came then we waited longer for food that was subpar and cold.

Upon arrival there were 8 customers in the restaurant and 7 staff members. After placing our order we waited forty minutes for a simple meal and when it arrived it was cold! I brought it to their attention and was treated as an inconvenience. As we were leaving I noticed several plates of food sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered and yet the waitresses were deep in discussion about the weekend and one waitresses was even filing her nails! I will never eat there again.

Will not return to this Denny's. First we were seated and no one else was in any of the tables by us. We ordered and as we waited for our food four tables filled up. All the tables got there food as we still waited. After looking at my watch I realized we had now been waiting for 40 min for our food. I asked waitress what happened she said she was trying to get our food and that the cooks were not putting it out. After 50 min she came back to tell us the cooks forgot about our order and we heard her arguing with them. When we finally got our food we only got half which was very cold. Then we got the other half about 10 min later and that was hott and fresh. I asked to speak to the manager who by the way walked by are table so many times and never paid any attention to us our the fact that we looked confused. He came up to the table I told him what happened and he blamed our waitress. Then they started to argue in front of us. He blamed the waitress, she blamed the cook. He never apologized just said well if your waiter gave the cook your ticket u would have food. He gave us a senior discount, that was his way of fixing it. Very rude uncomfortable and loud experience.

First time dining in the lounge . Bar tender was busy but very attentive . The experience was well . Our food arrived quick and correct ! We enjoyed the karaoke singers. Very friendly crowd. We were constantly full on drinks and in time . My husband and i will have to visit again . Also, bar tender was sure to clear our table of plates. I am impressed . Thank you .
