Called 3xs in a row and the receptionists just kept picking up the phone and hanging it up immediately! Couldnt even leave a message! Worst customer service ever! Im sure the massage would of been of the same quality! Dont support poor business practices!!!

I was in horrible pain this morning. I called, got right in with Arielle and got a great massage. So far so good. Yes, I am going back.

Been a customer for around 4 years. Was great until last year now only allowed to give a massage away to a person once, don't get reminders so call to move a same day appointment and am told they take half hour away, I called for a appointment at 2pm took there staff until 8 pm same day to call for a appointment, there front desk act like they don't want to be their. Their service ain't been great 2016 and now 2017 I'm better off going to a private therapy. I'll miss ya shantall but now worth being cheated out 30 minutes cause no reminder calls not worth the 600.00 I paid for 12 visits of one hour. Nampa is location I'm talking about Thanks for reading

NEGATIVE----------- When you have psoriasis you are dealing with psoriatic arthritis. when you ach for someone to massage you and refuse service. these jerks refused to massage me....... poor customer service and refusing someone with an aching joint disability.... total discrimination 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It's a relaxing environment but when your massage therapist shows up almost an hour late and she's stressed out then it's not. Then after you come out and everyone at the front desk wants to sell you something it defeated the whole purpose of the "relaxing" massage. I actually left there more stressed than when I got there.
