Wes is an absolute gem! I walked in the first day recovering from an injury, trusting his extensive background to help me out. I quickly saw improvements and after just a week it I had significantly improved. I can't thank him enough.

I just had a fantastic experience at Bird Dog Pilates & Fitness. Wes is an encouraging, friendly instructor, and the space is gorgeous. I can't wait to return!
