BEWARE! Kathy, the owner, will give you a hard time if you want to cancel your membership. She charged us with unreasonable high amount for cancellation.

Best Gym ever, older equipment with great upkeep, the owners actually care about the members. No one is mean, there's no gym goons. Love this place.

Great gym.... I joined in 1998 and have been a member since. They have everything you need: towels, workout clothes, showers with all the condiments. Even shaving cream for men. Lockers for your own equipment so all you need is you. Very good equipment that is kept clean!! Heavy duty workout rooms for your heavy duty workouts. Racket ball and basketball courts They have hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, dry sauna, lap pool with water aerobic classes 3 days a week. Yoga classes too!! Steve and Kathy are great owners and the PT's are just great too. Bob and Patrick are two that I worked with and they for sure will give a great workout and help you get into shape!!
