We went on a Friday and even with some school groups, it was not crowded feeling. We were able to do every activity with very little waiting time. It's clean and the staff is patient with the kids. It's fun and has some unique activities.

Had a really fun time with my sister and my grandkids. They didn't know what to do first. The 4 of us played the big hockey game (fouse ball). Yelling & having a ball. Before you know it we had a whole bunch of kids playing with us.

Can honestly still hold my opinion that the old one was better.

As an adult I was not really entertained and for the price the lines were just way too long. I would suggest different days of the week and when planing a trip make sure nothing is taking place at Heinz Field as they close early and parking that is typically 7.00 goes upward of 60.00+. We experienced this problem during the recent Penguins outdoor hockey at Heinz Field and it was not really that crowded. I can only imagine when the Steelers are playing how fast they rush you out of Sportworks and their parking; which I find to be a little unfair!
