I had called to get insurance. I was under the influence that the money for the insurance was going to be taken out of my account on the 15th due to the fact I get paid on the 10th of every month. They ended up taking the money out of my account on the 5th which cause me to not be able to pay rent on time now I have to pay an over due fee of $500 and every draft fee of $100. I just wish they would have better communication or at least call the person they are taking money from to let them know and see if they have the funds in there account to be taken out instead of automatically taken out. From them doing this it has made a big financial bump in my bills!!!

These guys over drew my account two months after I stopped automatic bill pay and refused to refund me. I called they said they would see what they could do and then didn't respond at all. I'm truly disappointed and out $60 just in overdraft fees :'( They are pleasant over the phone but seriously, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want someone else to have to deal with.
